This tab enables you to track the status of all your users, their devices’ statuses, and details about the data downloaded on their devices.

Last Map Update shows the number of users who have had a map update (i.e., a downloaded replica has been updated), according to the timeframes given for each pie wedge.

Last Connection Date shows the last time your users launched the app and successfully connected to the back end.

Last Sync Status shows the result of the last attempt for your users to sync a replica, either manually or automatically.

In the left pane you can view details about your users and their devices. You can also choose a different option for viewing the data, by Application Version, Last Connection, or Last Map Update, or leave it on Default.

The Default view provides a list of users sorted by most recent activity at the top.

Application Version shows your users listed according to the version of the app they are using, and sorts users by version number. This directly relates to the bar graph in the lower right.

If you click a bar in the Application Version bar chart, that bar becomes highlighted.

You can also hover on a bar in the chart to see details.

Clicking a bar in the chart also filters the list on the left according to what you clicked.

Last Connection displays your users according to the date they last launched the app.

You can click a pie wedge in the graph to drill down into those details. For example, when you click the Older pie wedge under Last Map Update, that pie wedge is emphasized, and the left pane gets filtered to show all users whose map update is older than 30 days. The success or failure of users’ map updates is provided, along with the date (highlighted in burgundy) that it occurred. You can click Details for more information about that particular update (or attempted update).

When you click the Details button next to a name, you are shown information such as the user’s ID, the user’s last connection date, the application version, the date of the last map update, etc.

If you want to extract user information for tracking or other purposes, you can click the Export Report button, and a report opens in Excel. This report provides all the information that is included when you click the Details button, but for all users currently listed in the left pane.
