Editor Tab
On this tab, you can view details about all of the roles you have defined for Editor users. The number following a role name is the total count of users assigned that role.
Users who are assigned the admin role, but who also have other roles, are displayed solely on the Admin subtab. For example, an Editor who is also assigned admin privileges is displayed on the Admin subtab and not the Editor subtab. Admin credentials supersede other roles’ credentials.
The list of users under each role is sorted by most recent login. When you click a username, you see the person’s email address, time of last login, login count, connection type, and roles.
Delete
Based on the user’s connection type, when you click Delete it clears the cache of information related to the user. This is particularly helpful if a user encounters issues with their login. This does not remove the ability for the user to log in to the application.
Microsoft Accounts
Since these accounts are controlled through Portal, clicking Delete revokes the user’s privileges.
Logout
When users are actively using the application, clicking Logout does not sign them out of the system. This button refreshes the user’s token and takes effect upon the next login
