Delete Version On Session Completion

Admins can configure an operational map to automatically delete a version and mark the associated session as complete once the version has successfully posted. Follow the steps below to set this up.

IMPORTANT: This functionality is only available to tenants that do not have Geodatabase Manager installed and configured along with Editor. Geodatabase Manager has a Delete Version Action Handler that can provide similar functionality.

  1. Select your operational map in Editor Maps.

Editor Maps tab of Editor plugin

  2. Under Editor Settings, select your preferred option from the Delete Version On Session Completion drop-down.
