Enabled
MMSessionManager must be the current extension.
The selected node must be a filter (top level) node.
Execute
Creates a new session node.
Assigns the TypeID if one has been specified in the parameter.
Adds the node to the TOC.
Parameters
SessionTypeID: Takes a session type (e.g., Electric, Gas, Water).
