Geodatabase Region Resource (GRR)

A GRR is a JSON file that represents a converted Esri UN model, enriched with catalog spec mappings, and compatible with your organizations models (e.g., an ADMS CIM model). In the Feeder Services plugin, you create a GRR and schedule how often it updates from the geodatabase. Once you create a GRR, it exists until you delete it.

When creating and configuring a GRR, keep these points in mind:

  • The GRRs you create are for the tenant as a whole. They are not per operational map.

  • If there are changes to the features within a subnetwork, those changes are not captured in the GRR until another snapshot is taken. It is, therefore, important to Schedule Updates for GRRs.
