View Existing Geodatabase Regions

Existing Geodatabase Regions (GRRs) are listed along the left-hand side. Your total count of GRRs is displayed at the bottom of the list.

Use the drop-down to sort the list of GRRs.

NOTE: Use the Search field along the top of Solution Center to search through the list of existing GRRs.

Click an existing GRR to view more information, including:

  • Domain

  • GRR Storage ID: You can click the Copy to Clipboard button to paste this information into another application, email, etc.

  • Last Requested: Date and time the application most recently requested an update from the geodatabase.

  • Last Updated: Date and time the GRR was most recently updated with any changes from the geodatabase. Under normal circumstances, it is a few minutes after the “Last Requested” date and time (the difference between the two timestamps is the amount of time it took to process the updates). If there was an error during the update, the application alerts you via a notification, and the GRR is labeled with an error symbol. Error remediation is covered in a topic below.

  • Last GIS Update: Date and time the subnetwork was updated. If the last date for the subnetwork update is more recent than the last date for the GRR update (in other words, the GRR is “older” than the most recent update to the subnetwork), the GRR is labeled with a warning symbol.

  • Last ADMS Export: Date and time the GRR was last exported to ADMS.

  • Esri Export JSON Strorage ID: The original Export Subnetwork JSON data that was pulled from the GIS using Esri’s REST APIs during GRR creation.

  • Availability Status, including:

    • Available: The GRR is ready for use by integrated applications.

    • Partially Available: The Esri JSON has already been stored in the Storage Service, but the GRR is still being generated. When the GRR is generated, it changes to Available.

    • Pending: The GRR is currently undergoing an update to reflect any changes from the geodatabase. In normal circumstances, it changes to Available in a matter of minutes.

    • Error: Something happened during the create or update process that is preventing use of the GRR.

Refresh

The Refresh button reloads the status of each currently loaded GRR. When you click Refresh, Feeder Services queries the KV Storage Service (refer to the Key-Value Storage Service topic in the ArcFM XI Series Architecture and Knowledge Base for a helpful overview) to request fresh data and apply it to each GRR.

Sort

The Sort button sorts all currently loaded GRRs. GRRs returned from the KV Storage Service are not sorted until after they arrive.

You can sort GRR and GRR Group lists according to options in the drop-down.
