Configure GRR Upload to SFTP

With each successfully exported subnetwork, you can optionally configure the application to upload a zipped GRR to a predefined SFTP location.

NOTE: This configuration is dependent upon your Hybrid Connection Manager (HCM) setup. Hybrid connections allow you to connect through or around a firewall to securely access necessary resources without exposing those resources publicly. It is likely that HCM is already installed and configured. Refer to the Hybrid Connections topic in the ArcFM Solution Center Configuration Guide for more information.

Prerequisites:

Before performing the configuration, ensure that you have the following information:

  • Host name of the SFTP server.

  • Username/password for granting access to file storage.

  • The Base64 SHA256 public key.

    • This key was created when you configured the SFTP server.

  • Relative path of the remote directory to store the zipped GRR (relative to the initial workspace seen by the user).

In the Feeder Services plugin:

  1. Click the Additional Configuration tab.

  2. Toggle on the Use Zip and Upload to SFTP option.

  3. Click Save.
