ArcFM Connectivity Evaluator (ACE) Tool

The ArcFM Connectivity Evaluator (ACE) tool is a separate application from Fiber Manager XI and Solution Center. Its core function is to test and verify connectivity to ArcFM services and, depending on the application, connectivity to Azure Service Bus. This is a crucial prerequisite before performing Solution Center configuration or any plugin configuration, as you need connectivity for the configuration to work.

When using the ACE tool, keep the following in mind:

The tool’s purpose is testing connectivity, so it only works after your company’s tenant is created.
The tool can be run as many times as needed until all issues are corrected. This is particularly helpful throughout the implementation process.
The ACE installer can be downloaded from the ArcFM Solution Center article on myArcFM. You must have a myArcFM account and be logged in to download files.
Install and run the ACE tool on the same machine that runs the ArcFM application you are testing.
