Avatar Device Event

When an internal event is detected on a given device, all avatars related to that device are impacted. For instance, an event detected on a SIL* interface module impacts all the avatars belonging to its SIL Group.

In this situation, each impacted avatar signals an Avatar Device Event and puts its associated devices into the Off state according to the table below (device dependent).

Power devices (power interface module, starter, SIL starter)	Off state: power modules are open. Current and power measurements reported as 0. Energy calculations for avatar updated with input of 0 power.
Digital I/O module, analog I/O module	Off state: Digital outputs are off (set to 0). Analog outputs go to 0 V or 0 mA, depending on configuration. Inputs reported as 0.
