For Schneider Electric’s Identity Provider (Auth0) to authenticate users against a public-facing Portal for ArcGIS, certain IP addresses need to be allowed inbound over port 443 to the Portal. For the most current list of IP addresses that need to be allowed inbound, refer to Auth0’s Add IP Addresses to AllowList documentation.
