Log In

When you launch Solution Center, type your organization’s name (typically, your organization name and tenant name are the same).

Select the appropriate login account for your organization. The options available to you are specific to your organization, so the following image serves as an example:

Once you are logged in, the Solution Center home screen is displayed. Based on your configuration, you may not see all of the available plugins shown in the image:

To get started, click the icon for the plugin you want to access.

Within a plugin, click the Back button in the top left corner, or press the Esc key to return to the home screen.
