View Existing Snapshot Information

Along the left-hand side of the interface, click a snapshot once to highlight it in green. Then, view its details on the right-hand side.

TIP: Use the Search along the top of the interface to search for a snapshot by its Title.

Overview

The Overview provides high-level information about the snapshot:

Snapshot ID
- Click the Copy to Clipboard button to copy the GUID. This can assist during trouble-shooting operations.
Created On
Created By
Assets Included in the Snapshot
Status
Export Errors, when present

Runs

Runs displays the history of the selected snapshot. It shows the initial export (when the snapshot was created) and any subsequent imports. For example, in the following image, you can see when the snapshot was created, and further, you can see the snapshot was used to import settings into another tenant a few days later.

For each Run, click “View” to see more information, including:

Snapshot ID
Run ID
Status
Direction (Export or Import)
From Tenant
Created On
Completed On
Created By
Assets included

After clicking “View,” you can click “Back” to return to the list of Runs.
