View Existing Geodatabase Regions
Existing Geodatabase Regions are listed along the left-hand side. Your total count of Geodatabase Regions is displayed at the bottom of the list.
Use the drop-down to sort the list of Geodatabase Regions.
Click any existing Geodatabase Region to view more information, including:

Domain.

Storage GlobalID. If needed, you can click the Copy to Clipboard
icon to paste this information into another application, email, etc. You can also download the Geodatabase Region Resource (GRR) file by clicking the Download File
icon, after which the Show in Folder
icon appears—clicking it opens the folder to which the GRR file is downloaded.

Feeder ID. If needed, you can click the Copy to Clipboard
icon to paste this information into another application, email, etc.

Last Requested. This is the date and time the application most recently requested an update from the geodatabase.

Last Updated. This is the date and time the feeder or region was most recently updated with any changes from the geodatabase. Under normal circumstances, it is a few minutes after the “Last Requested” date and time (the difference between the two timestamps is the amount of time it took to process the updates). If there was an error during the update, the application alerts you via a notification, and it also labels the feeder or region with an error
icon. Error remediation is covered in a topic below.

Availability Status. These include:

Available: The feeder or region is ready for use by designers in the Designer XI client application.

Pending: The feeder or region is currently undergoing an update to reflect any changes from the geodatabase. In normal circumstances, it changes to “Available” in a few minutes.

Error: Something happened during the create or update process that is preventing the use of the feeder or region. Error remediation is covered in a topic below.
