Request a Tenant
Tenants can only be created after you’ve completed a Software Agreement and Online Service Agreement. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
Fill out the Request a Tenant form to have your new tenants created. The tenant address provides a unique identifier for your organization and allows your users to access the hosted components of the solution. This information is needed:

Contact name, business name, email.

Preferred tenant names (avoid spaces, numbers, and special characters).

ArcFM XI Series apps that you have licenses for and you want included.

Country where the tenant should be located.

Additional requests, which may include Hosted Edge, Mobile Shared Map Data, Multi-user Support.
IMPORTANT: If more than one person is going to use the exact same Windows device running ArcFM Mobile or , it is important that you include multi-user support when you request your tenant. -
Initial questions you may have about the tenant creation process or anticipated configuration expectations.
