To create log files, you will need to provide permissions to the Network Service user on your ArcFM Sync Services logs folder. By default, this folder is located at c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ArcFM.Mobile.SyncService\logs. Consult your operating system's help documentation if you are unsure how to edit folder permissions. The Network Service user needs at least Read, Write, and Modify permissions on the logs folder.
