TeSys Giga Electronic Overload Relay Mounting on Plate

Perform the following procedure to mount the overload relays on the plate.

Drill 4 holes in the plate, with respect of the dimensions given.
- LR9G115-500C - Maximum hole diameter: 6 mm
- LR9G630C - Maximum hole diameter: 9 mm
Use the two short screws to fix the top side of the overload relay and tighten the screws with PZ2 screwdriver at the right torque.

NOTE: For short screws, the screwdriver should be inserted through the power terminal holes to tighten the screws.
Place the phase separator adaptor on the overload relay from the top.
Push the adaptor inwards to lock it with a click.
