Workflows
ArcFM XI applications provide out-of-the-box dynamic workflows, both client-side and hosted. The Workflows plugin enables configuration of dynamic workflows for specialized business processes in and between ArcFM XI series applications and other systems your organization might have, such as a Work Management System (WMS) or Outage Management System (OMS).
A dynamic workflow contains a series of "assignments" linked together with business logic to accomplish a job. An "assignment type" defines a specific type of task for a user to accomplish within the greater workflow. For example, a Field Assignment is a Mobile user's task of collecting markups. When a user completes a markup task, a dynamic workflow advances the job to the next assignment.
This plugin is the command center for:

Viewing the workflow path of a design, task, markup, or other job. These can be in-progress or complete.

Troubleshooting a workflow error.

Modifying existing workflow paths, states, and requirements.

Creating new Assignment Types to incorporate into a dynamic workflow.

Creating and running test cases to validate workflow expectations.
