Click Wheel
At any point during the design and at any location in the map you can right-click to bring up the click wheel. The click wheel is designed to display the most commonly-used functions at a glance. For that reason, it is likely the most-often used function during design work.
The click wheel organizes tools by their typical frequency of use. In other words, the more common tools get priority positions on the click wheel. These positions are not configurable.
Further, the click wheel is context sensitive.

While right-clicking on a pole, for example, produces a different subset of functions:
Also, some features are grouped by category.

Click the green arrow to expand the group and make your selection.

Click the back arrow to return to the home wheel.
