To view the high-level attributes of the Work Request, click the name of the Work Request to highlight it in green. The right-hand side of the interface changes to show you all the details about the Work Request including address, utility type, Customer, Description, Status, and Notes.
Of all the attributes, only Notes can be edited. Click Edit to update the Notes at the Work Request level. All of the names and details in the following image are just an example.
