User Options and Logout

The Settings available from User Options are the same Settings accessible via the My Work tab (in other words, both the My Work tab and User Options bring you to the same Settings page).

Settings show available packages for download and the application information. Packages typically include an offline basemap in VTPK or TPK format and a replica of the network. They allow for offline design work on the application.

The Available subtab displays packages that have been created and made available to you.

Icons indicate the status of the package:

• Available : The package is ready to download. Click to begin.

• Downloading : The package is in the process of downloading. Click to cancel the download.

• Downloaded : The package has successfully downloaded. The package moves to the Downloaded subtab upon refreshing the screen.

The About page includes your current version and build number. You can also find a list of the authorized licenses that support the various applications and services.

By default, your log in credentials are saved by the application. In other words, are successfully logging in once, if you close and re-open the application, you do not need to log in every time.

To clear your credentials, click Logout. This returns you to your organization’s log in screen.
