Assigned Work Tab

The Assigned Work tab displays sessions that are currently assigned to other users distinct from your user, and are available to be viewed by your user’s role. For more information on which roles can see which session assignments, open Solution Center, click on Workflows plugin > Assignment Types tab, and select the Editor subtab.

This tab is visible for all users. However, only users with the Business Administrator role can see and click workflow buttons on these sessions. Users without the Business Administrator role don’t see any buttons available above the session card.

Click on the Assigned Work tab in the Session Manager window. On the left side of the window, click on the desired session in the left-hand list to view the session card on the right. Notice the sessions are listed by their Session Name, with their currently assigned user listed below in green. Hovering over the assigned user displays their user identification. Session cards contain Session Details, any associated Markups and Designs, and a history of the session and its assignments. Those with the Business Administrator role can make changes to any fields within the Session Details area. Click Apply to save the changes.

If a user attempts to save changes to any Session Details without having the Business Administrator role, an error is displayed.

By default, the available workflow buttons above the session card are Take Ownership, Delete, and Session Details. You may use the Take Ownership button to change the session’s ownership from Unassigned to you. Clicking this button toggles you to the My Work tab, where you see the session now in your session list on the left side of the window. You may Delete the session. Lastly, you may click the Session Details button to see a report of all changes made within that session. Administrators may add, remove, or modify these workflow buttons.
