View Electric Devices
For banks with downstream customers, you are presented with a count of all downstream energized features that have the E:Service Point Network Category, per phase.
There are many areas of information on the pane. From top to bottom, these are:
-
Attached Structure contains high-level information about the related structure, such as a pole. Click the expander arrow to the left of Attached Structure to view the details.
-
Contents contains high-level information about the features contained with the containment structure. Click the expander arrow to the left of Contents to view the details. The listed features display their Asset Group, Asset Type, Facility ID, and their Phases.
Good to Know
-
If the Contents don't display for you in the Component Information dialog, there is likely a missing network category. Ensure that the E:Switch and E:Transformer network categories are set on the desired asset types. Also be sure to set the network category E:Has Connected Units on any device feature that represents a bank with connected units. This needs to be completed by an Admin. For more details on network category assignment, refer to the ArcFM UN whitepaper on myArcFM.

The number of phase controls reflects the number of units contained in the bank. For example, if a single 3-phase switch unit is contained in a switch bank, all phases are controlled with one switch toggle instead of three.
