Version Creation Status

Each session listed under My Work and Available Work displays a version creation status indicator.

These indicators are displayed to the right of the session name in your My Work list, Available Work list, and at the upper right corner of the session card.

List of sessions in My Work, with different version creation statuses

  • Green checkmark — A green check indicates the session version was created successfully.

  • Red X — A red X indicates the session version was deleted.

  • Exclamation point inside a red circle— An exclamation point within a red circle indicates the session was not created due to an error.

  • Gray circle — A gray circle indicates that the session was created without a version.

When you select a session in the My Work or Available Work tab, the version creation status also displays in the upper right corner of the session card.

Green check indicating session version successfully created

In the event of a session creation failure, an error message displays in orange text under the version creation status. Hover over the orange text to see the entire error message indicating the reason for the failure.

Error message indicating the reason the session version failed to create

A Retry button appears under the version status only for those sessions whose versions failed to created. Click the Retry button once the reason for the failure has been resolved. A version is created for that session and a green checkbox displays. Opening the session also forces a retry on the version creation. Once a version is created successfully, the Retry button no longer appears.
