Available Work Tab
The Available Work tab displays sessions that are unassigned, and are available to be viewed by your user’s role. For more information on which roles can see which session assignments, open Solution Center, click on Workflows plugin > Assignment Types tab, and select the Editor subtab.
Click on the Available Work tab in the Session Manager window. On the left side of the window, click on the desired session in the left-hand list to view the session card on the right. Session cards contain Session Details, any associated Markups and Designs, and a history of the session and its assignments. You can make changes to any fields within the Session Details area. Click Apply to save the changes.
By default, the Available workflow buttons above the session card are Take Ownership, Delete, and Session Details. You may use the Take Ownership button to change the session’s ownership from Unassigned to you. Clicking this button toggles you to the My Work tab, where you see the session now in your session list on the left side of the window. You may Delete the session. Lastly, you may click the Session Details button to see a report of all changes made within that session. Administrators may add, remove, or modify these workflow buttons.
