Fuse Unit
A fuse is an intentionally weakened spot in the electric circuit that opens the circuit at a predetermined current that is maintained for a predetermined amount of time. Fuses are classified into three categories: low voltage (through 600 V), medium voltage (operating through 69 kV) and high voltage (through 500 kV).
Designer uses the DESIGNUNIT model name on this class to designate it as an electric device unit object class. The Designer Work Function Tool uses this model name to identify all electric device unit object classes.
