Change Workflow Status

The Change Workflow Status tool provides a quick way to toggle components between ”Proposed” and “As-Built.”

• With the tool enabled, click on a component to change its status to “As-Built.” The component turns gray. Further, in the Component tab > Attributes, you can see the change reflected in the Workflow Status field.

• With the tool enabled, Ctrl + click on a component to change its status to “Proposed.” The component changes color. Further, in the Component tab > Attributes, you can see the change reflected in the Workflow Status field.
