To view the high-level attributes of the design, click the name of the design to highlight it in green. The right-hand side of the interface changes to show you all the details about the design including Created Date, Modified Date, Assigned To, and Notes.
Of all the attributes, only Notes can be edited. Click Edit to update the Notes at the design level. All of the names and details in the following image are just an example.
