Edge Service Error Logs

By default, error logs are located in the folder C:\Program Files\Schneider Electric\Designer Edge Service\logs. If the customer installs in a different parent folder than \Schneider Electric\, the child folders \Designer Edge Service\logs are created in that parent folder instead.

When a log is generated, it includes the date in the name of the log (for example, winsvc-2019–10–10.log).

Sending the dated log along with a support ticket can assist in troubleshooting the issue.
