Print Workflows (Optional)

Designer XI provides print to PDF functionality out of the box (see the Using Guide topic Print to PDF for more information about the default behavior of the print tools).

You can enhance this process by implementing custom Print Workflows. In Solution Center > Workflows > Default Workflow Studio, Schneider Electric provides workflow samples to modify the print behavior. One example is to attach the print to the design, and another example is to send the print to a central document store.  You can also control the button names and messaging that the user sees as part of this workflow.
