Creation of Application Data for Measurement in DALI 2 Gateway
To create application items:
Pre-requiste: The Create Application Item button is enabled only if the Device ID is assigned.

Select DALI device >Measurement >click Create Application Items.
NOTE: The Application Items field is displayed only when a project C-Bus DALI-2 Gateway device is loaded into the Property Editor. The field is hidden for a live network C-Bus DALI-2 Gateway device loaded into the Property Editor, as application data can be created only for a project device.The Create Application Items dialogue box appears.
By default, the Measurement Channels for Lamp Run Time for Used DALI devices and Measurement Channels for DALI Line A/B Voltage, DALI Line A/B Current, DALI Line A/B MAC Temperature, C-Bus Voltage and Unit Temperature check boxes are selected.

If you assign values for Send Trigger Group or Clear Trigger Group in Measurement section of PROPERTIES, then the below check boxes are selected in Create Application Items dialogue box:

Trigger Group Action Selector for each Used DALI device (Lamp Run Time)

Trigger Group Action Selector for DALI Line A/B Voltage, DALI Line A/B Current, DALI Line A/B MAC Temperature, C-Bus Voltage and Unit Temperature

Trigger Group Action Selector 255 for all measurements

Click Create to generate the application items. C-Gate creates the items and displays them in the relevant application workspace in the client, based on the DALI-2 Gateway_Create Application Items file in the project folder.
NOTE: Below are the creation conditions:-
Creation occurs only when the associated Application Item check box is selected.

If the Measurement Application is not present on the C-Bus network, clicking Create Application Items adds the Measurement Application to the network before beginning the creation process.

Success message appears.
