User Roles and Permissions

1. Administrator (Admin):

   • Unrestricted access to all tabs and settings in the controller.

   • Responsible for granting and revoking access for other users.

   • Sets restrictions on user access.

   NOTE: The administrator cannot grant access to the Configuration tab, which includes critical settings like system settings and KNX management.



2. Users: Users can access various tabs and settings based on the administrator's restrictions. They may have full or partial access to the following:

   • Visualization: Access to view a property visualization.

   • Scheduler: Access to view and edit schedulers.

   • Trends: Access to view stored data trends.

   • Applications: Access to view and configure some installed applications.

   • Touch: Access to rooms in the control panel.

When the Management plugin is installed, users may have access to the following settings, depending on administrator restrictions:

• Device sharing: Ability to grant access to another user account for the controller in the mobile application.

• Controller API: Ability to enable or disable the REST API.

• Cloud access: Ability to log out/into the cloud, unpair a controller, or delete a homeowner account.

• Modbus profiles: Access to the Modbus profiles library.
