When the PowerLogic ADVC Controller is in Local control mode, certain SCADA binary controls are disabled (off-line). They are:
Switchgear Close
Work Tag On
Work Tag Off
All binary controls as well as all analogue controls are on-line when the PowerLogic ADVC Controller is in Remote control mode.
