The operator will not be prompted to ACTIVATE the settings again until they try to exit the Protection menu, when
the following screen will appear: 
Pressing the Right arrow key will display the following screen: 
When the operator scrolls to YES and presses SELECT, the settings
are put in service. If the operator scrolls to NO and presses the
SELECT key, the following message is displayed: (scrolling)
