As per the DNP3 standard, any Server that supports Unsolicited response will send out an initial Unsolicited NULL Response to Client, publishing this capability.
With version A50-07.01, sending of this initial response is now made configurable. This configuration is available on the Unsolicited page in WSOS5 5.16.15.
