The CLT can be launched by selecting CLT> Open in the customize menu.
This will open the Open CLT Configuration dialogue box shown below:

Choose New or Existing depending on whether a New CLT configuration file is being created or an Existing file is being opened.
Complete the configuration information and select Open.
