The load side is as defined by the Power Direction setting 
And energized is as defined by the Live Line Threshold setting: 
Which is configurable between 2000 V and 15000 V in 1 Volt steps.
Both of these critical settings can be configured in WSOS on the Measurement page:
Display > Measurement
The Power Direction and Live Line Threshold settings can also be configured on the O.I.
