This is a user configurable timer which is triggered when GFN resets on clearance of a network earth fault. Auto Reclose functionality will be disabled until the expiry of this timer.
The rest of the settings are based on voltage measurement and detection of a network earth fault. All these voltage setting values are configured on a per unit basis with reference to the nominal Phase–Ground/Earth voltage setting.
