The IEC 60870-5-101 communications protocol is included in all PowerLogic ADVC Controller firmware releases but before it can be configured or assigned to a communications port it may need to be made available. This can be done through Feature Selection in WSOS at:
Display > Configuration > Feature Selection > Communications
IEC 60870-5-101 can also be made available via the operator interface.
