Dead Lockout is only active when Auto Reclose is On.
Following a protection operation, the controller will check the Live/Dead status of each bushing. If none of the bushings are live, reclosing will be aborted. The ACR will go to lockout and a Dead Lockout event will be recorded in the Event Log.
