Automatic data retrieval (ADR)

NOTE: Enhancement to ADR can be configured in WSOS to retrieve data from multiple controllers on a regular basis. Prior to version 5.16.25, data retrieval over a TCP/IP connection was done in a sequential manner, where in WSOS would connect to each controller one at a time to retrieve the data configured via ADR. With 5.16.25, this task has been modified to allow WSOS to establish simultaneous TCP/IP connections to multiple controllers. GEX69813.
